Why does the calories burn back are always half the calories burned during the exercise?PS: I love the app thanks for the amazing job!

Thanks for reaching out & the kind words.
In the profile you can set your burn back ratio. It defaults to 50% but feel free to set as required 0% - 100%. 👍
